Introduction
I welcome you as the founder and medical director of PROFESSIONAL Medical. Our firm was founded as an English-Hungarian joint venture and was the first medical private undertaking in Hungary. It has been operating as a prosperous business since 1991. I work as an internist and gastroenterological specialist and, with my two highly-educated colleagues, we perform and lead these types of examinations and treatments in our office.
Our main specialty is gastroenterology. We perform extensive screening, diagnostic tests, examinations and treatments in this field. Within the framework of these activities we diagnose the reasons for stomach and intestinal complaints, the background of liver and bile diseases and different digestive disorders, and perform the suitable treatments.
Since colon cancer is the second most frequent cause of tumoruos death in Hungary, we are specialized in colonoscopy to prevent and diagnose colorectal cancer in time. We perform colonoscopy also under general anesthesia.
As well as gastroenterology, several diagnostic and therapeutic activities are carried out in almost all specialties.
Patients are received according to appointments to reduce the waiting time as mush as possible. The results of examinations are summarized in a computer report. All our services are provided you in respectable, friendly surroundings and at reasonable prices. Our new office, with six consulting rooms, was built in 2008 in the heart of Old Buda (Óbuda), opposite the ancient Roman amphitheater. It is easily reached by public transportation, and there is good parking in the area.
